First Blog Post, on the Today Show

Welcome to our new site that complements our book Grave Expectations: Planning the End Like There's No Tomorrow. We have a lot of plans for the site—to make it a helpful (and fun!) resource on funerals, wakes, memorial services, and all the other rites of passage that occur at the end of your life.

As we say in the book:

"Life is such a rich, complicated, joyous, mysterious, wild ride. Everyone has stories to tell and lessons to pass on, and what better way to do that than when you're alive? It was your life; your funeral is the one time you should do and say absolutely whatever you want."

We're also excited to let you know that we'll be on the Today Show upcoming (later this week). We'll let you know when it will be. If you miss the local broadcast, you'll be able to catch it later (we'll post a link on this site, in the media section).
